I started working for my dad, who owned a TV repair company, when I was 14 years old, and I became an owner in 2005. We grew the company to 26 employees working on all types of electronics—including TVs, VCRs, DVD players, stereo systems, camcorders, digital cameras, gaming systems, and more! 

In 2010 we began working on appliances, which now represent about 75% of what we do. In 2018, I became the sole owner of the company, and my son now works for me. 

I have been a NESDA Board member since 2010 and have served in almost every position, including President, receiving many industry awards along the way. When NESDA and PSA merged, I became part of the PSA Board a few years ago. I feel it is important to give back to the industry that has been such a large part of my life.
