I have been in the appliance service industry for over 50 years. During my career I worked for Sears, Maytag, Whirlpool and owned my own business for several years. I was a District Service Manager, Maycor/Maytag Division Manager, Training Program Design Manager, Distance Learning Training Manager and creator/host of Service Matters Live. 

To give back to the industry I was a member of SkillsUSA for over 20 years. SkillsUSA is an organization that promotes the skilled trades of which the appliance service is one. I retired from Whirlpool in 2017 and joined PSA to continue to give back to the industry. I also conduct contract service training sessions around the country for various organizations.
